About Us

Foss Communications was founded in 1998 by Rick Foss. After serving 10 years in the Marine Corps as an electrician on F/A-18 aircraft, Rick moved his family to Sioux Falls, SD to pursue a career with a local electrician. Rick then channeled his entrepreneurial spirit into creating the region's preferred provider of low voltage infrastructure design and installation. Foss Communications now serves five states throughout the Midwest and is known for providing exceptional customer service and paying careful attention to detail.
